Our Philosophy
We want to preserve what Ayurveda has taught us for generations: respect nature, understand its wisdom, and never compromise its purity for convenience.
Every herb we choose, every process we follow, and every product we create is guided by one question:
Is this truly worthy of being called natural?
For us, TAAT is not just a brand. It is a return to the roots of Ayurveda.
Rooted in Sacred Earth,Guided by Classical Vedic Truth

Gir Cow Ghee — Traditional Bilona Method
Our ghee begins with milk from Gir cows. The process is deliberately slow and traditional.
Milk → Curd → Bilona Churning → Butter → Slow Heating → Ghee → Filtration
- Fresh milk is collected and gently handled to preserve its natural qualities.
- The milk is cultured into curd using a traditional fermentation process.
- The curd is churned using the Bilona method to separate butter from buttermilk.
- The collected butter is slowly heated over a controlled flame.
- As the water evaporates and milk solids separate, the golden ghee develops its characteristic aroma and flavour.
- The ghee is filtered and stored carefully to maintain its purity.
Honey —
From Hive to Bottle
Beehive → Honey Extraction → Filtration → Quality Check → Bottling
- Honey is collected from healthy, naturally managed bee colonies.
- Mature honeycomb frames are carefully harvested without unnecessarily disturbing the colony.
- Honey is extracted using a controlled mechanical extraction process.
- It is gently filtered to remove wax particles and other physical impurities.
- The honey is checked for quality and stored appropriately.
- It is bottled with minimal unnecessary processing.
Ayurvedic Ark — Traditional Herbal Distillation
This is particularly important for TAAT because your Kaanchnar Ark, Saptarangi Ark, Punarnava Ark and other arks need a clear explanation of what an Ark actually is.
Herb Selection → Cleaning → Preparation → Water Addition → Distillation → Condensation → Collection
- Authentic herbs are carefully selected according to the intended formulation.
- The herbs are cleaned and prepared appropriately.
- They are combined with the required quantity of water.
- The mixture is placed into an appropriate Ark Yantra/distillation apparatus.
- Controlled heating generates vapour carrying volatile and water-soluble constituents from the botanical material.
- The vapour is condensed back into liquid.
- The resulting Ark (distillate) is collected, filtered if required, and carefully bottled.
