Our Philosophy

“TAAT was born from a simple belief — nature already knows what we need.”

We want to preserve what Ayurveda has taught us for generations: respect nature, understand its wisdom, and never compromise its purity for convenience.

Every herb we choose, every process we follow, and every product we create is guided by one question:

Is this truly worthy of being called natural?
For us, TAAT is not just a brand. It is a return to the roots of Ayurveda.

Rooted in Sacred Earth,Guided by Classical Vedic Truth

In an era of mass industrial shortcuts, synthetic supplements, and chemical extracts disguised as traditional medicine, Taat stands as an uncompromising sanctuary of authentic classical Ayurveda, sacred Gir cow Ahimsa dairying, and slow-crafted botanical healing.

"प्रयोजनं चास्य स्वस्थस्य स्वास्थ्यरक्षणम्
आतुरस्य विकारप्रशमनं च ||"

Charaka Samhita (Sutrasthana 30.26): “The sacred dual purpose of Ayurveda: To protect and maintain the supreme vitality of the healthy, and to decisively eradicate disease at its origin in the suffering.”

Gir Cow Ghee — Traditional Bilona Method

Our ghee begins with milk from Gir cows. The process is deliberately slow and traditional.

Milk → Curd → Bilona Churning → Butter → Slow Heating → Ghee → Filtration

  1. Fresh milk is collected and gently handled to preserve its natural qualities.
  2. The milk is cultured into curd using a traditional fermentation process.
  3. The curd is churned using the Bilona method to separate butter from buttermilk.
  4. The collected butter is slowly heated over a controlled flame.
  5. As the water evaporates and milk solids separate, the golden ghee develops its characteristic aroma and flavour.
  6. The ghee is filtered and stored carefully to maintain its purity.

Honey —
From Hive to Bottle

For TAAT, the story should focus on responsible sourcing, careful extraction and minimal processing.

Beehive → Honey Extraction → Filtration → Quality Check → Bottling

  1. Honey is collected from healthy, naturally managed bee colonies.
  2. Mature honeycomb frames are carefully harvested without unnecessarily disturbing the colony.
  3. Honey is extracted using a controlled mechanical extraction process.
  4. It is gently filtered to remove wax particles and other physical impurities.
  5. The honey is checked for quality and stored appropriately.
  6. It is bottled with minimal unnecessary processing.

Ayurvedic Ark — Traditional Herbal Distillation

This is particularly important for TAAT because your Kaanchnar Ark, Saptarangi Ark, Punarnava Ark and other arks need a clear explanation of what an Ark actually is.

Herb Selection → Cleaning → Preparation → Water Addition → Distillation → Condensation → Collection

  1. Authentic herbs are carefully selected according to the intended formulation.
  2. The herbs are cleaned and prepared appropriately.
  3. They are combined with the required quantity of water.
  4. The mixture is placed into an appropriate Ark Yantra/distillation apparatus.
  5. Controlled heating generates vapour carrying volatile and water-soluble constituents from the botanical material.
  6. The vapour is condensed back into liquid.
  7. The resulting Ark (distillate) is collected, filtered if required, and carefully bottled.
